Story continues from Avengers 368. All roads lead to Genosha as both the X-Men and the Avengers rush to the embattled island nation to rescue little Luna ! But before Earth's Mightiest Heroes can depart for the troubled country, they must first knock out an army of SHIELD agents and Nick Fury !

Once the interfering SHIELD troops are subdued, Captain America leads the Black Knight, Scarlet Witch, Crystal, Sersi, and War Machine into the heart of Hammer Bay! While just north of the city, the Uncanny X-Men arrive and quickly run into Fabian Cortez and his advance guard…the Unforgiven !

And elsewhere in Genosha, Professor X, Hank McCoy, and the U.S. Agent work their way towards the vile prisons where the mutates are locked up! So everyone is in Genosha…but can anyone stop the bloodshed? Story continues in Avengers West Coast 101.
